Ningbo Beilun Liaoyuan Die-Casting Co., Ltd. was established in 1999, Ningbo BODA Machine Co., Ltd. was founded in 2003. The two companies have joined forces to develop into a leading enterprise in the aluminum die-casting industry, one of the rare players that masters core technologies covering the entire industrial chain, including large-scale mold design and manufacturing, high-efficiency die-casting, precision machining, and surface treatment.
We have annual production capacity of 30,000 tons of die casting parts and 400 sets of molds, in 3 sites with 62,000 sqm area and 450 employees. We have more than 40 die-casting machines, from 280 tons to 4,500 tons, made by IDRA, Buehler and LK. The maximum part we can produce is 40 kg. In addition, the company is equipped with more than 260 CNC machining centers, include SW five-axis machining center from Germany, MAZAK horizontal machining center from Japan, and BROTHER machines, etc.
We produce die-casting parts for automotive engine, MT transmission, AT transmission, DCT transmission, oil pump and water pump, motorcycle component, integral rotor and filter, etc.
